Look, I love hops. I drink more IPAs than I probably should. But I’ve gotta say it—not all hazies are good, and some of y’all are acting like every cloudy pint is gold.
Too many breweries are cranking out the same sweet, murky juice bombs with no bitterness, no balance, and calling it a day. Where’s the edge? Where’s the character? I’m not drinking fruit salad, I want a proper bite with my hops.
