Everyone’s out here chasing hazies, pastry stouts, and fruited sours, but a well-made lager? Absolute perfection. Clean, crisp, refreshing—what more do you need?
A few styles I think don’t get enough love:
✔ Dortmunder Export – Malty, but still crushable.
✔ Schwarzbier – Dark and roasty, but drinks easy.
✔ Vienna Lager – Smooth caramel vibes without being heavy.
